A first step
You do not need to decide which category best describes your situation. The first consultation is a space to identify what matters most now and consider what kind of support may fit.
When different help is needed
Consultations do not include medical diagnosis, prescribing medication or emergency response. Marta may suggest contacting an appropriate local professional when needed, but this is not a formal referral.
