Online psychological consultations

A calm, confidential conversation from a place where you feel at ease.

How an online session works

The session takes place by video call at the agreed time. You receive the link after booking — there is nothing to install and no extra account to create.

You need a stable internet connection, a device with a camera and microphone, and a place where you can talk without others present. Many people use headphones — they help with focus and protect privacy.

You can turn your camera on, but if you prefer not to at first, that is equally fine. What matters more is that you feel at ease.

How a first consultation runs

We start with a calm conversation about what brings you here, how long it has been going on and what you are hoping for. You do not need to prepare or bring a ready list of problems.

Towards the end we sum up and decide together whether and how you would like to continue. A first consultation is also your chance to check whether you feel comfortable with me — it carries no commitment.

Formats and session length

A single consultation lasts 50 minutes. If the topic is complex and you need more room, an extended session (100 minutes) is available.

For longer-term work, the pack of four consultations is worth considering — it allows regular work and lets you observe change over time. Saturday slots are also available for those who struggle to find time during the week.

Current prices for all formats are in the pricing section.

Booking and payment in one place

You book times yourself in the calendar — you see the available slots and choose those that fit your day. Booking and payment happen in a single flow, with no separate transfer.

The booking system is run by Theravo, a platform built for psychology and psychotherapy practices. Data is processed in Germany and the EU, and the booking form collects organisational details only — you do not describe symptoms or treatment history there.

In the patient area you manage your appointments: you see upcoming sessions, reschedule them according to the terms and view your history.

Language of consultations

You can choose Polish, German or English — and switch language mid-conversation if a particular topic calls for it.

I write more about how to choose the language in a separate article.

Privacy

Our conversations are covered by professional confidentiality. I do not record sessions, and what you share stays between us — except in situations the law treats separately, such as immediate danger to life.

Take care of your side of the connection too: avoid public networks and shared devices if that could compromise your privacy. If a quiet place at home is hard to find, a conversation from a parked car or at a time when nobody else is around can work well.

Detailed information about data processing and the external booking system is in the privacy policy.
