Sleep problems and stress

Sleep can become the place where the pace of the whole day accumulates.

What to observe

It may help to look at daily rhythm, bedtime, arousal, shift work, screen use, naps, stimulants and evening thoughts. A sleep diary can make patterns easier to see.

Psychological support

Consultations may explore tension before bed, pressure to fall asleep, evening worry and a realistic transition into rest. The aim is not to promise sleep on demand, but to understand the patterns more clearly.

When medical assessment matters

Long-lasting problems, significant effects on daily functioning, loud snoring, pauses in breathing or sudden sleep episodes should be discussed with a doctor or an appropriate sleep service.
