Booking and payment
You choose your time yourself in the Theravo booking system. The price, currency, payment method and required details are visible before you confirm — nothing appears only after you click.
Booking and payment happen in a single flow, and payment is taken in advance, at the moment of booking.
I never ask for payment details by email, and you should never send them that way.
Rescheduling or cancelling
You book and change appointments yourself in the Theravo system. You have the right to change your appointment free of charge up to 72 hours before it starts. After that, the system automatically blocks any further changes.
If you cancel or reschedule after this time, the payment made is not refunded. An exception applies where the absence resulted from force majeure or other causes beyond your control — in that case appropriate documentation confirming the event will be required.
If I cancel a session, I will either reschedule it at a time that suits you or refund the payment — the choice is yours.
Pack of four consultations
You buy the package in the patient area. Once paid, you have four sessions available and choose the times yourself in the calendar.
There are two package options. Both include four consultations and differ only in their validity period: 30 or 45 days from purchase. You choose the one that better matches your plans for the coming weeks.
This lets you adjust the intervals between sessions to your needs and your calendar — working more intensively over a shorter period, or spreading the sessions out more calmly.
Sessions from the package are assigned to you personally and cannot be transferred to another person.
