Experience and education
I'm a psychologist with over 11 years of experience, gained in Poland and internationally — including in Berlin and Potsdam. Above all, though, through my online practice I support clients around the world — in the USA, the UK and many other countries.
I completed my master's degree (M.Sc.) at the Faculty of Psychology, University of Warsaw. I offer consultations in Polish, German and English — you choose the language in which you speak about yourself most freely.
By combining clinical psychology with work and organisational psychology, I can support you both in your private life and at work.
I continually broaden and update my knowledge and skills and follow current research, so that my work rests on an up-to-date, well-founded approach and you receive support of the highest standard.
Areas of support
I support people facing stress and chronic tension, anxiety, low mood, depression and burnout, sleep problems, major life changes, as well as ADHD and difficulties with focus and memory.
I also work on recognising and understanding emotional states — so that they support your actions rather than slipping out of control. Emotions are not a problem to be removed; they are information you can learn to work with.
A separate area that matters to me is women's health and wellbeing: self-acceptance and self-love, self-care, and support for mothers through the difficult moments of motherhood and with perinatal difficulties — in pregnancy, birth and the postpartum period.
I meet every person with respect, sensitivity and empathy, and I always tailor each conversation and the support to the individual. If you are unsure whether your situation fits these areas, write to me. We will look together at whether I can help.
A holistic approach
I work holistically and see the person as a whole: body, mind, relationships, values and environment. I combine psychological and neurobiological knowledge with elements of nutritional support and body work, so you can understand the roots of your difficulties and regain a sense of agency, calm and meaning.
Holistic means taking in daily functioning, relationships, work, rest, the body, values and surroundings — without promises of fast or guaranteed results.
What working together looks like
The starting point is an attentive conversation about your current situation, needs and expectations. You do not need to arrive with a ready list of problems or know where to begin — that is part of the work we do together.
We agree the plan of support individually. It may include organising difficulties, noticing recurring patterns and practical exercises between sessions, if you find them helpful.
Between sessions there is room to try new solutions in daily life. At the next meeting we look together at what worked and what needs adjusting.
I adjust the pace to you. You decide what comes up and when — including whether you want to continue.
Outside the practice
Outside my virtual practice I find balance in contact with nature and in movement, combined with nutrition suited to my needs. Caring for the harmony of my own body, mind and emotions is where I draw the strength to work with others.
Mindfulness is an important part of my everyday life.
Scope of responsibility
A psychological consultation does not replace medical care or intervention where life or health is in immediate danger. If a different kind of support turns out to be needed, I will help you get your bearings among the available options and point you towards the right direction, specialists or services.
I never take on topics that go beyond my area of knowledge, nor those where I sense that a different kind of support would suit the person best. At the same time I feel responsible for everyone who comes to me — so in such cases I say so openly and either show the way forward or set out how I can support them in areas that match my knowledge and professional competence.
